Cougar Chronicle
Carroll's Cougar Chronicle is published every 2nd and 4th Thursday. Carroll's administration uses
the Cougar Chronicle to communicate schedules along with school and student activities.
It is the responsibility of each student to deliver to a parent/guardian.
